Looks like Suriya is evolving with every film. On Wednesday, the first set of posters adorning the city walls from his much-awaited film, 7 Aum Arivu, with Suriya flaunting his toned, six-pack abs, created a huge stir. As things stand the movie has attracted a lot of attention, with the Singham star teaming up with A.R. Murugadoss for the second time. It also marks Shruti Haasan’s debut film in Tamil. Now that the film is complete, Udhayanidhi Stalin, the producer of the film, is planning to launch its music in a unique way. Sources said that the songs, set to tunes by Harris Jayaraj, will be unveiled at a gala function in three weeks.
Reportedly, Udhay and the team are discussing various possibilities, which include holding the function either in Chennai or at an international venue like Dubai or London. Speaking to DC, Udhayanidhi said, “Yes, we are planning a grand audio launch, but we have not finalized the venue, although some of the international places are on our agenda. What I can vouch for now is that we are releasing 7 Aum Arivu on Diwali day on October 26.”
Suriya plays a circus acrobat and has performed all the stunts himself. Incidentally, there were reports that he would be performing some live acts during the audio launch of 7 Aum Arivu. When Suriya was contacted by this newspaper he said, “Murugadoss and I are trying to take the audience to a new level of experience in Tamil cinema. I went through training in juggling, hand walking, gymnastics and acro-dancing before the shoot.” When probed about a live performance he grinned, “Let’s see. Can’t say anything now.”
